1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Custom Orders: Please allow 12 weeks minimum (this is variable, please see item description for details, or contact us for an accurate timeframe) for production on custom or made-to-order items. We’ll contact you if additional time is needed.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs processing).

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, we may require an additional shipping fee to resend it.

Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply.

Delays Big Dog Leather Co is not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues in the destination country.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Big Dog Leather Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Big Dog Leather Co reserves the right to update or change this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
