Excellent EDC knife made in Ireland

Wow, the Pocket Chefs Knife I ordered from Evan at “Big Dog Leather Company “ arrived at my house in California , all the way from Northern Ireland, on St. Patrick’s Day only a few weeks after I ordered it. It is a great quality knife!!! It is lightweight and perfect for Every Day Carry. It also came very, very sharp.

Good general use oil for all aspects of knife maintenance. Perfect viscosity for pivot washers, might prefer something a bit thicker for bearings but still sufficient. Good service from Big Dog and cheapest price I could find.
